What's included when I book an event?

All events are managed by a community manager on-site with access to the space and amenities requested, including but not limited to:

  • 85” and 55” mobile TVs with smart connectivity
  • Projector
  • Podium
  • Four wireless microphones
  • 50 folding chairs
  • Eight folding tables – with black covers
  • Four bug fans
  • Four pop-up tents 10×10
  • Ten high visibility sandbags

Yes, we’ve established most Monday nights from 5-10pm as space for local Atlanta creative and cultural leaders to host the space as part of our Study Sesh programming. At this time, this is our only path to hosting complimentary events, and you can read more about Study Sesh here.

We have 24 spaces on our property with ample street parking available. Here are our load-in and parking instructions for event hosts and market. We offer secure bike parking behind the building.

Food is allowed from outside caterers and we’re happy to provide our list of local recommendations that you can see by clicking here. We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee for excessive catering disposal including for free events.

We do! You can access our list of recommended local restaurants here we try to update the list on a monthly basis with finds around town as the restaurant landscape around the Southwest BeltLine continues to grow.

We do not have a list of exclusive or recommended vendors for catering, party supplies, balloons, food trucks or otherwise. If you are a local business looking to be listed in a directory, please visit adairpark.com and access their business registry.

BeltLine:

  • 1000 feet North of the BeltLine. Allene Avenue’s BeltLine entrance leads directly up to CreateATL. A beautiful, short walk under the tree canopy of Historic Adair Park.

MARTA

  • 5 min walk via MARTA – West End Station.
  • Walk South on Lee St. cross over Whitehall Ave and the train tracks. (You’ll pass by Soccer in the Street’s StationSoccer field on your left)
  • Adair Park will be in front of you. Make a right onto Murphy Ave. which runs parallel to the train tracks. CreatetATL is a half block down – navy/green building with large garage bay doors. If you pass the Furniture Bank you have gone too far.

Food is allowed from outside caterers and we’re happy to provide our list of local recommendations that you can see by clicking here. We charge a $50 fee for catering disposal.  

We’ve hosted events that run 24 hours a day, but please keep in mind that we abide by the city of Atlanta noise ordinance which prohibits amplified music after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. 

Our space has accommodate up to 225 people for events including important city and neighborhood engagement functions that require accessible spaces to reach neighbors.
