The Space: DREAM

DREAM is a 24/7 workspace for The Collective (apply here), a cohort that enters CreateATL’s impact accelerator after being invited by our selection committee that vets these businesses against our values and the community’s needs.

This group of local leaders evaluates applicants based on their alignment with our inaugural theme “How do you better connect the community to the outdoors and nature?” This broad theme for the businesses occupying this space allows for concepts like urban agriculture, AgTech, outdoor life, and much more.

Starting at $250/month, membership rates are determined by the number of employees who will need access and whether the business is for-profit or nonprofit. Members can book conference rooms, podcast suites, or phone booths via our app. Entrepreneurs are allotted time and space to host regular events, stock a merchandise space, and access the coworking space.

Private parking is not included, but monthly passes are available for $75. While street parking may be available, CreateATL is designed for local impact and our location allows members to easily arrive by bike, train, or on foot. We are less than 1/3rd of a mile from the West End MARTA station and the entrance for the Atlanta BeltLine.
