First phase of buildout for this Adair Park collaboration space
CreateATL is a community development that will be moving through two phases of construction. The first phase is designed to help adapt the existing space, originally used as a scrap metal facility, to transform into a community collaboration space.
We partnered with Aspire Construction & Design led by Amber Lawson. This local general contractor and architecture firm are based out of the nearby Pittsburgh Yards as they celebrate their fifth year in business. We were honored to partner with Amber and her team to bring this vision to life through the first round of commercial alterations.
CreateATL is being billed as a Micro-Adaptive Cultural System (M.A.C.S.) – in simpler terms, a small community development optimized for connection and culture through a standard operating procedure that we’ve organically assembled. In this space, neighbors, small business, and community organizations can grow their seed for a better Atlanta.
